Just imagine racing through Baja California for 3-6 straight days in an organized competition without any maps, GPS tracks or course markers. The stage makers of BAJA RALLY have partnered with RALLY COMP to introduce a brand new way to race in Baja.

ENDURO COMP is a hybrid of traditional off road racing blended with cross country rally- but we’re taking your GPS, map and roadbook away. You’ll be guided to a starting line at 12 noon everyday and turned loose into the wilds of Baja California. Can you stay on course for at least 100-200 miles each day? Yes it sounds crazy, but imagine how you’d feel reaching the finish line by dinner time and beating handfuls of other UTV and motorcycle racers. We've tested it for years with our Moto-Metics team and refined it into a general category.

Don’t worry, the RALLY COMP device will keep you safe the entire time and help you most of the way with an open arrow and “distance to” each of several dozen waypoints placed in strategic locations. You simply ride and race in the direction the arrow points. As you approach potential hazards like ditches and big ruts, your RALLY COMP will give you an audible buzzer alert to slow you down. Once you clear the hazard area, you can get back on the gas. Oh and if you get yourself more than a mile off course, will send you a text to your RALLY COMP via Iridium satellite.

ENDURO COMP was developed for UTV and motorcycle racers over years of testing and refinement with our Moto-Medics and sweep teams. It is a safer way to compete than off road or rally raid because there is less information to process.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How will I know which line to take at a fork in the trail or when to turn off of the main track?
An audible buzzer will alert you to look down at your RALLY COMP before critical junctions or obvious forks in the track.
At each junction, hazard of direction change a new buzzer alert and arrow will appear to point you in the correct direction or to slow down for hazards.

Why does the ENDURO COMP category start at 12:00 noon everyday?
Because the RALLY COMP device is constantly providing you an arrow with a digital display of the exact distance counting down to each waypoint, ENDURO COMP competitors have a significant navigational advantage over the RALLY RAID competitors who start at 7:00AM each day.

What if I crash or I’m slightly off course? How will the safety team locate me?
The BAJA RALLY Safety Team will receive an alert if your bike or vehicle comes to a sudden stop, is inverted or is stopped for a prolonged period and your exact GPS coordinates are being tracked. The RALLY COMP device and platform is an extremely sophisticated system based off the Iridium Satellite Network. The organizer is constantly monitoring the whereabouts of every competitor and participant at intervals of 3-6 minutes. Competitors and the organizer exchange 2-ways standard and custom texts whenever necessary.
