Standard Refund Policy

Standard Refund of Full Payment Policy
(refundable % of your FULL PAYMENT paid minus 3% Merchant fee)

• Refundable 100% up until April 1, 2026. No Questions Asked.
• Refundable 80% if you withdrawal between April 1 - July 1. 
• Refundable 50% if you withdrawal between July 1 - September 1.
• No refunds within 4 weeks of event but 50% of your forfeited payment will be applied as a credit for 1 successive event date.   

Standard Refund of Deposit Policy (Balance Due in Full September 1)
(refundable % of your deposit paid minus 3% Merchant fee)

• Refundable 100% if you withdrawal outside of 14 weeks prior to event (June 15)
• Refundable 80% if you withdrawal between 12-14 weeks prior to event (June 16-30)
• Refundable 50% if you withdrawal between 6-12 weeks prior to event (July 1-Aug 15)
• Refundable 20% if you withdrawal between 4-6 weeks prior to event (Aug 16-Aug 31)
• No refunds within 4 weeks of event; NO credit may be applied for any successive event

$600 Per Person Includes 6 Nights Queen Bed for One Person in Shared Room 
Terms and Conditions: 
1.  1 Single Occupancy Hotel Package Included with Paid Entry
2. Reserve and Pay for 1 Additional Designated Crew Person for $600.00 at Time of Entry
*Optional to name an unpaid preferred roommate (to be filled by paid competitor on a best efforts basis)  

Details
At the time of “Entry” (submitting Entry Form Application with payment or deposit) entrants may reserve and book one hotel package for themself (included in the entry fee) and up to one additional designated person for an additional $400 such as a paid crew member, companion, friend or relative with a paid bivouac pass.
Please Note: 
*The additional person must be designated by name at the time of entry and cannot pay for (or be paid for on) another hotel package booking reservation (ie: no double booking).
**Baja Rally® Bivouac Hotels are closed to the public during the rally. Hotel management will not make direct reservations for competitors, media and the general public for dates coinciding with the 2026 Baja Rally®

2026 Media Packages & Policy

​IMPORTANT-
Do NOT make any payment or deposit for any BAJA RALLY event without submitting the application form.
YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY FORM APPLICATION AND YOUR PAYMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF EACH OTHER. ANY PAYMENT RECEIVED BY BAJA RALLY WITHOUT AN ACCOMPANYING ENTRY FORM APPLICATION BECOMES A NON-REFUNDABLE GIFT TO BAJA RALLY AFTER 36 HOURS OF RECEIPT. READ THE NOTICE BELOW VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SENDING ANY PAYMENT.


***Any payment or deposit received without an accompanying application will be flagged, timestamped and held for 24 hours as a courtesy. An email will be sent to the email address associated with the payment. If your application is not received for that payment or deposit, BAJA RALLY will consider 100% of the payment or deposit as a non-refundable gift. If you later choose to submit your application after giving BAJA RALLY a free gift, we will give you a break and only charge you a $500 penalty to re-instate your previously botched entry. ​
